We return to the Eco-Chateau in Normandy, France with a new gorup of Level 1 and 2 students on the Erasmus+ funded work experience programme for two weeks.
We will be working with local French builders again on applying hemp and lime, fitting the kitchen in the gite and undertaking ground works in preparation for a concrete pad to be situated adjacent to an existing building for a extension made out of timber.
We also have with us students from Careco-ops who have been gaining experience in catering and have been providing us with lunch and evening meals. Which has been excellent! Bon appetit!
